All those who love God and follow his Son Christ Jesus: Remember that it is not for you to accept the sin of the world; You are to reject sin. That may make those around you hate you, but they are swallowed up in the world and reject the love of God. We should show them the love of Christ and encourage them not to do that which curses their loving creator, but accepting sin as ok is not showing the love of Christ. Don’t harass someone for their sin, but don’t act as though it’s ok. It’s like a glutton; you should encourage them to get their sin under control, but don’t be nasty to them or harass them for it. Also if someone watches pornography, don’t treat them as though they are scum or dirty, but show them there is freedom and happiness in purity and respect for others. If someone curses remind them that it is selfless to respect others and to only speak love to others. Our world is nasty and the ways of people are nasty; remember, you are not following Christ if you pretend the filth isn’t there and say it’s ok to keep trashing God.
“If the world hates you, know that it has hated me before it hated you. If you were of the world, the world would love you as its own; but because you are not of the world, but I chose you out of the world, therefore the world hates you. Remember the word that I said to you: “A servant is not greater than his master.” If they persecuted me, they will also persecute you (John 15:18–20)”
