Yeshua was a very devout Jewish man who observed all of the commanded feast days, all of the Jewish traditions and followed all the Mosaic Laws. He told us we needed to reach righteousness greater than that of the teachers of law and the Pharisees to enter heaven. He said very few would enter heaven and that it was only by fully giving of our lives and our selfish desires to completely follow him that we could be saved. That is the grace. We have not entered a period where law no longer matters, but rather that there is grace for us that have transgressed the law and by turning from our lawlessness and living a righteous life we can be saved.
